1. General Guideline
a. Order Process flow
i. Email your order (Product code and quantity) to cutemama2u@gmail.com
ii. The below must be indicated during order
- Full Name
- Postal Address (do not provide P.O. Box address
- Contact Number
- Full Name

- Contact Number
iii. Make payment within 3 days upon received invoice from CuteMama
iv. Goods will be delivered via Poslaju on the next working day upon verification of your payment
b. Price shown are:-
i. In Ringgit Malaysia (RM)
ii. Final & Non-negotiable
iii. Excluding postage fees
c. Return Policy
i. Items purchased are not exchangeable or refundable, unless due to mistake or mismatch on product code
ii. CuteMama shall assume items sold are in good order, should there is no complain from customer within 7 days as of the goods delivery date
iii. Should item(s) to be replaced is(or) out of stock, another equivalent value item will take place, or customer may opt to get discount on next purchase.
iv. Customer shall bear the return shipping fees
2. Payment Process Flow
a. CuteMama will advise on total amount due (including postage fees) through invoice via email
b. Make payment to CuteMama according to the account details stated in the invoice
c. Alert CuteMama (bank in date & reference number / slip) via email once payment is made with the below details:-
- Bank-in Date
- Reference Number (if via Interbank Giro/ Cash Deposit Machine)
- Branch (if bank in at branch through teller)
- Bank-in Date
- Reference Number (if via Interbank Giro/ Cash Deposit Machine)
- Branch (if bank in at branch through teller)
3. Others
a. CuteMama is not responsible for any lost or damages occur during the delivery process
b. The above subject to change without any further notice
c. CuteMama assumes you have read and understood the above prior to any purchase
